Simple Scones
Mmmmmmm scones, the perfect afternoon treat. Not too sweet, dead easy to make and heavenly to eat! These scones by Bill Granger use melted butter so you don't have to rub the butter between your fingers which can be quite time consuming. These scones only took about 15 minutes to make and taste AMAZING!

AWESOME KIT KAT CAKE!
Kit Kat Cake:
This cake is a bit tricky to make however, the hard work
certainly pays off once you are finished! The main bit of this mouth-watering
dessert is clearly the actual decorations. To make the cake inside, all you
need to do is choose your own cake recipe. The assembly is a bit difficult
though and I suggest you use a pair of helping hands to do this.
Firstly, place the Kit Kats around the sides of the cake
until no more of the cake is visible. Then, secure the Kit Kats with a thick
ribbon which not obly holds the chocolate in place, but it also looks great!
Finally, fill the top of the cake with MnMs and hey presto ... your very own
Kit Kat Cake is ready to eat!
What Do I Need To Make This?
- Your own cake recipe (a shortcut is to use a
shop-bought cake but home-made cakes always taste better!)
- 2-3 packets of MnMs
- Lot of Kit Kats! (in this recipe, I used 2 different
types of Kit Kats; caramel and normal ... this gives the cake some extra
flavour!)

Ginger Vanilla Caramel Marshmallow Sandwiches
They are pretty simple to make, especially if you use a few shortcuts such as buying the biscuits and caramel. Although the marshmallow can get a pretty sticky! The recipe calls for a sugar thermometer when making the marshmallow but we don't think it's that vital.
