Turkish Delight White Christmas

White chocolate and Christmas, two of my favourite things packaged together in this irresistible slice. You can add whatever you want to this slice but I used turkish delight, macadamia nuts and dried cranberries. There is not much to this holiday treat so the key is good quality ingredients.

TURKISH DELIGHT WHITE CHRISTMAS adapted from Donna hay Ingredients: 500g white chocolate, chopped 250g turkish delight, chopped 1/2 cup of dried cranberries 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts, chopped. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir through the Turkish delight, macadamia nuts and ¼ cup of the dried cranberries. Spread onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and sprinkle with the remaining dried cranberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into pieces to serve Enjoy! Dashxx
